Well customer service was good. They took care of me when Geico wouldn't, but when I picked my care up from them I noticed that a pair of $240 pair of Oakley's was missing out of my car. Really didn't expect them to ransack my car after taking care of it. So if you want your car fixed and items stolen out of your personal vehicle and not be replaced then this is definitely the place to go. Guess they had to get their money somehow.
Great customer service! They were willing to work with me to get my car fixed as soon as the parts came in. They were friendly and able to give me periodic updates. Hopefully I won’t need them again, but if I do, I won’t hesitate to trust them with my vehicle.
