We had trouble on a trip from Texas to West Virginia... rear axel bearings went at. Mike was fast to ide tiny the problem, order the parts and get us back k.on the road in about 4 hours. Very nice people. Waiting room was comfortable too. We are very greatfull for their shop.
These guys are really on their game. A friend of mine's car broke down so I gave him a lift down there see I was going with their car. When we got there we were greeted explain everything to my friend informed him that his car was done I know if I were to break down I'm calling Carl's Auto care
Called to see if they had my size in tire or sold used tires an the guy was rude an said they have a few I asked if there was anyway he could check an see if they had my size, he said I mean we are closed an I said well it says you close at 6 an he said no we don't an hung up
