Absolutely terrible experience. Save your frustration and go to O Reilly's or Napa. Ordered a part online for pickup. Did not hear anything back so I showed up to pick it up. They did not have the part even though it says online it was available right away. So they told me that it wasn't available and I'd have to go home and cancel it myself to get my refund. I tried and was not able to do so without creating an account. I called and Mike got an attitude with me the whole time and acted like I was inconveniencing them to simply get my money back. So they charged me for an item the didn't have, wouldn't give me a return in store, then hassled me about just trying to get my money back. Awful customer service. Avoid at all cost if possible. I'll tell everyone one I can to take their business elsewhere.

Todd was very helpful and went the extra mile for me to help me change my low light headlight bulbs. Much appreciated! I will be going back!

David and Christian are so awesome they helped me find the right part's need to repair my car. I'm so grateful and happy to know they are at this store. Thanks again guys your the best!!!!
