Great body work. Awful service as a collision center. They refused to release our truck even though insurance was willing to provide proof payment was sent. They would have then charged us more storage fees that we would have had to pay out of pocket. Thankfully our insurance was able to overnight us a check to take of it instead. If you are going to refuse to work with the insurance company, don't take the vehicle! As to Yates reply to my review, my insurance OVERNIGHTED us a check to take care of the situation. Insurance can't pay what they weren't invoiced for yet. I think you have us confused with someone else because our insurance was even trying to provide proof of the payment they were sending and you refused it. This was the FIRST time they were trying to pay storage for our truck. I'm pretty sure if they can overnight us a check, they would have gotten you paid quickly too. Our insurance company absolutely took care of us. You on the other hand, did not.
