Curtis and the guys were amazing! First of all, he didn't treat me like I was a dimwit. He treated me like a daughter. He was honest, put the cards right out on the table, and even pointed out an engine concern. He helped me understand exactly what was wrong with my vehicle, what needed to be done to fix that, and exactly what it would cost. He even helped me with financing. He didn't pressure me. Then, he and his guys worked quickly and efficiently to get my transmission back to new. He didn't try to mess me over or overcharge me. Honesty and Integrity.. Two of the most rapidly diminishing traits in this day and age of profit before people. I brought my 2011 Ford into Curtis' shop for a transmission issue and he got to it right away. While researching the issue he found a recall on the part causing the issue and advised me to take it to the dealer, instead of charging the $600-800 which he could have done and none would have been the wiser. Thanks Curtis for holding integrity and honesty above profit, it is greatly appreciated I assure you. You'd be a fool to take your vehicle anywhere else but WWT.

I bought a lemon from Eden's Auto Sales in valley center. The car hadn't ran well since I got it. They refused to fix it.
