Woody's Automotive-North

Since I have owned a car I have taken it into Woody's North for oil changes, engine problems tire replacements, ect. Recently I have noticed a change in their business practices and the way they treat me so I will not be returning to this mechanic. Took my car in to get my brakes replaced, I was never quoted a price until my car was taken apart, and I was told I was going to have to pay $700 for a new wheel cylinder and $300 for my brake job. when I told them to put my car back together so I could take it to another shop for another opinion, they called me and told me they would drop $100 off the price. This was an exchange through multiple phone calls, with a receptionist who was treating me like a child. I ended up going to a different mechanic who did the same quality of work for much cheaper. I feel as though I was being taken advantage of and will not be returning to this shop. multiple of the employees talk down to me and I can tell they do not take me seriously. I have gotten m

I was impressed by the incredibly prompt and professional service. They called when they found a problem and then went ahead and fixed it. They weren't hesitant to give me a ride home and also to pick me up when the work was done. I recommend them to everyone!!! Service: Air conditioning
