Woody's Automotive College Hill

Woody's changed my tie-rods which I knew were bad in my 2007 Camry. They gave me an accurate quote upfront, did the work and also kept the old tie rod to show me. Steering acts and feels solid now, no hopping at full steering lock, no drifting at higher speeds. They also gave me a prioritized list of things to address soon, with prices up front. Quite a few since it has 180k+ miles. No pressure, just honest appraisal of what's the next most important thing to keep my car running and safe. Very happy with the friendly demeanor and no bs from anyone I've dealt with in the shop. I will certainly return to Woody's for future service or emergency repairs. I had a dr's appt and developed a flat on my way to it. I stopped in to see if they would put on my spare. They made time to do it right away so I wouldn't be late and kept my wheel to order a replacement tire. They called when the tire was ready to pick up and placed it back on the car. I was very pleased with their quick service and treatment.

Andrew was amazing! We were buying a car from a dealership and we live in Texas. We needed an inspection since we were buying sight unseen. He was quick, thorough, and so kind and helpful!
