Tracy's is the only place I've taken my vehicles for several years now. Once you find a shop that's honest, trustworthy, and friendly you never need to go anywhere else. They've kept my vehicles running well for over 5 years and I highly recommend them.
I trust Tracy's over anyone else with my car. I've been a client of their for over 25 years and have never thought about going elsewhere. After dealing with a local dealership regarding repairs and being told by the dealership that there were no issues with the transmission, we took our vehicle to Tracy's who was able to determine that there WAS an issue and provided a solution. Doug is great!
Job that took 30 mins got charged for a hr after the guy said i wouldnt be. The didnt get job completed when i was told it would. Second bad transaction with this company.
