This was my first time going to Slusser’s. I went in for a diagnostic, but my car didn’t have any codes so they couldn’t pinpoint what the issue was but knew there was an issue with my engine. They suggested I contact Kia because there has been a lot of engine issues with Kia. So I did & I am now getting a new engine installed next week. Being that they couldn’t do much without any codes they did not charge me. I really appreciate all their help. Dan was super nice and very knowledgeable
They replaced my alternator and my car ran great until I drove back to Colorado from Kansas and about halfway through the trip my serpentine belt started to make a squeal. Turned out that the mechanic only had the belt halfway on the ac condenser pulley. Pretty disappointed in the workmanship especially when they were aware of my trip. Thankfully Brakes Plus in Loveland CO fixed it for free while doing my oil change.
