Exceptional customer service and response. I unexpectedly needed to stop at the service center when my convertible top did not want to go up or down...I made it to the service department and they quickly got me in, assessed the issue, kept me informed and managed to get the top down. Even though my car was purchased and received while stationed in Germany, they were able to load up my service records and update the system in order to ensure all was accurate and appropriate. It was a positive experience and I look forward to bringing my car in for a more 'predictable' service.

Very professional! You can trust them with your BMW. There are a very small group of shops that have the knowledge to work on these cars, BMER TECH is no doubt one of them. After wasting thousands of dollars in labor and just throwing parts at the car at another local shop they were still scratching there head, because they dont understand and they dont have the proper tools, and when I say tools I mean Software. You have to be able to run the dealer software. Lesson learned. BMER TECH is my go to shop!! Thanks again!!!

Pricing was and is reasonable and the atmosphere was great. The technicians on hand diligently worked and our BMER was completed within the time frame given. Shayla facilitates in the office and conducts business with customers breaking the language barrier with speaking Spanish for over a decade.
