This place is awesome! Everybody is super helpful and kind, they communicated the entire time my car was in the shop, and they were very fast. They even had me bring it back 3 weeks after I got work done to double check that my oil leak wasn’t coming from anywhere else that they missed. Super thorough and I can’t say enough good things about this place!
The best place I've ever taken my BMW. They are so helpful, knowledgeable and flexible! Taking my car in for service is usually a stressful experience, but with Bavarian Imports LLC., I can say I've actually enjoyed taking my car to them. Everyone is super friendly and the cost for repairs are beyond reasonable. I won't go anywhere else!!
Made an appointment two weeks prior to service. Car was there all week. Almost a thousand dollars later vehicle still has the same issue it went in for. One of the employees is rude as hell. She acts like it is a co.plete waste of her time if you call and ask ANY questions about your vehicle. Services: Auto engine tuning, Tire rotations, Oil change
