I had my starter replaced. I didn't know when they would get to it. It was not same day service. It was going to take a couple weeks to pay in full. I offered to make a partial payment then and finish payment without receipt of my car until I finished payment in a couple weeks. The owner response was that they were going to leave my car outside off premise with the window rolled down and told me it wasn't on them if something happened to my car because I couldn't pay in full immediately. I would not recommend them to anyone. Horrible customer service.
My family and I have used Automotive Diagnostic Center on all of our vehicles, for both major and minor repairs. These guys are knowledgeable, trustworthy and communicate with their customers every step of the way. The price is more than fair for the quality of work they do.
