Why can't all businesses be run like this; make a phone call, get a quote, agree on drop off, business calls back when job is done and job is done during timeline that was quoted, pick up part and be charged exactly what was quoted. I had a great experience with Aaron and American Collision when they painted a bumper I ordered online. I also fell in love with his beautiful German Shepard that greeted me each time!! ????

Repaired and painted our damaged rear passenger door. Matched paint exactly with Ford color. Prompt service and excellent quality repair. Nice people to deal with. Very friendly.

Took well over a month for our car to get done to find out they did a horrible job on the car and refused to deduct the price so we had to pay the full amount for awful service that should’ve been done 2-3 weeks earlier. We would’ve thought since they had more time with our car it’d be in good hands and taken care of but the car’s exterior is poorly done and the guy who fixed it up admitted he did an awful job and still didn’t help us out in anyway, awful customer service and will never bring our car back ever again Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding
