I had one of the best customer service experience at AAMCO. Lincoln and Woodlawn were extremely helpful and nice they did a free vechicle courtesy check , very professional, communication skills are excellent Kim and her team were extremely nice and understanding on letting me know what needed to be done to my car they also offered a excellent care care credit you can sign up for on the spot if your having finacial issues on paying the full amount upfront. Overall expericence was wonderful they even arranged for me to have a ride home while they worked on my vehicle. 10/10 would recommend if your having any car trouble. This shop has been great for me! Took my car here for front end knocking that turned out to be transmission related, so Firestone wouldn't touch it. They couldn't replicate the noise so had me leave the car overnight and multiple staff drove it until they heard the noise. They worked with me on turn around time because I was going out of state. When I noticed my alignment was off after the repair, they had that fixed at no additional cost to me. Kim especially was very nice and determined to make sure my concerns were addressed and that I understood what was going on. I'll definitely be returning here and will recommend it!
