We were driving through Wichita on a cross country road trip when the braking system for the car we were towing started acting up. It was a Friday evening and Josh met us at an exit off the freeway and quickly figured out the issue. It was getting late but he offered to let us park in front of his house while he worked on the wiring. Needed new parts but he showed up punctually at 7:15am on a Saturday, got back to work and got us on the road quickly. Josh was immensely helpful in getting multiple problems fixed on my car. As a female, I'm weery of mechanics due to fearing that I would get taken advantage of or not listened to, but Josh was always very transparent and did not try to upsell me on anything. He was also very kind and took time to listen to my concerns and helped me come up with best plan of action on getting it fixed. I will forever use them, should any further issues arrise. I just had a great experience getting a pre purchase, used car inspection done by Josh. He was very polite and helpful, and went and checked on a vehicle for sale in Haysville for me, as I was out of state.
