Walt’s Carstar did a fantastic job on my Jeep Grand Cherokee after I hit a Deer. It took a little longer than I expected, but they were very thoughtful in calling to provide updates. Walt's did an absolutely wonderful job with every aspect in the process of repairing my truck after my accident. They were proactive in maintaining contact with me, my insurance, and Enterprise. They let me know what was going on every step of the way. And even when unexpected repair delays caused my rental policy limit with Enterprise to run out, they covered the couple days of out-of-pocket rental expenses. I would recommend (and have already recommended) them to friends of mine.
