Quick, closer to home, they do warranty work, honor Ford service contract, perform factory maintenance and not extremely busy. I question the thoroughness of the point inspections based on some discrepancies in my tire psi. Hopefully not skipping more important things. Overall, I am pleased and will return!

Discovered I had a nail in my tire on a cross country trip. They were able to patch it quickly and got me back on the road pronto.

Took my 99 7.3L diesel to quicklane on Kansas Ave because it seemed like it was dropping an injector. I don't have time so have the professionals do it right? Wrong... they quote me 8 new injectors, I figure sure why not the truck is 24 years old.. they replace 4 and test run, same issue.. now they want to pull the heads and do a valve inspection even though with the compression test it was holding proper psi. They quoted new engine for 13k.. I asked to have it put back together and I would think about it. Contacted another Mechanic and wouldn't you know it he found that it was simply low on fuel and the pick up tube in the fuel tank was broken preventing it from sucking the last 1/8th to 1/4 tank.. Now think about this for a minute, had I okayed the engine replacement we would have still had the same problem. And what would the answer be? I do not recommend Quicklane for diagnostic work. I'm sure they can change parts but old school diagnostics need to be done elsewhere.
