Laird Noller Topeka Collision Center

First off, this is not the first time that I’ve had to use Laird Noller collision center. Both times but I’ve got my vehicle back, it had honestly looked better than it did before the accident. This last time I took it in, it took about one week longer than they told me it would. I was not mad because they were incredibly thorough with the inspection of the vehicle and wanted to make sure that it was an absolute perfect condition before returning it to me. We had totaled our car and it was brought to this Collision Center because it was a total loss. We are not from Kansas so we were unfamiliar with the area and felt like our heads were spinning with the details on what to do with car insurance/new car etc. While retrieving our belongings the manager Terry Allen came out to see if we needed any help. He assisted us with troubleshooting how to take our car top carrier off the car and onto the new one. He was so incredibly nice in a very scary time in our life and his guidance and assistance was very comforting. The ladies in the office were so kind, too. They made our experience so much better and I'm glad we chose this Collision Center after our car wreck. Thank you Terry and staff at Noller Collision Center! Not only are you superhumans for handling the Kansas heat (seriously) but your professionalism and kindness made our days in Topeka that much better!

They did a great job with my new Bronco. Hit a deer and had to have the bumper, grill and other stuff replaced. Had some hard to find aftermarket trim pieces that they were not able to find available so they custom made them. Really impressed with their work. Looks like new!
