I was replacing both rear wheel bearings on my car and needed someone with a shop press to get the new ones in the drums. My bearing driver kit was not up to the task. Fred was very nice when I asked if he'd be willing to help. He stopped what he was doing and got the bearings seated in the drums for me in just a few minutes. He also took care of installing new wheel studs for me. All of this for a very reasonable fee. He was very outgoing and we had a good chat while this was going on. I wouldn't hesitate to tell my friends about Fred's Auto Repair if they needed some work done.

Worked with Fred through our company and brought him a lot of business, brought my personal vehicle in for a diagnostic, left with a $500 charge for new brakes, roters, an oil change-AND A new problem where my computers are fried and not communicating correctly. The vehicle has engine power problems because of this now as well as other electrical malfunctions after the fix. When it was time to look it over again because of the new problem, I was stood up twice. When I called back to talk about the issues and what work was done, he acted like he didn’t remember who I was. Mind you I brought him a car from our dealership daily. He and Value Auto pulled the money off my last check with the company for the fix which ultimately left my vehicle unsafe to drive at times. Do not recommend either one.
