I was able to get my vehicle in quickly. The staff is friendly and helpful. We live out of town so it was good to find such a great place in Topeka. My car was looked they called to explain what was going on. They called me before they started working to make sure I was okay with everything. Any time I called to check on the progress my questions were answered. The staff called to give me updates as well. My car was driven then checked to make sure nothing was still wrong. It was easy to pay and pick up my car. Later I received a text checking on the car. The work has a warranty so if something goes wrong a few days after repair it would cost little to nothing to fix the problem. I would definitely recommend Crossroad to others. These guys are the real deal. They are very professional, honest and up-front with what needs to be done, as well as addressing issues that could/probably will come up. I wish I'd brought my car to them to get it checked out before I bought it... They do not work on weekends, though, which might take things longer, but the owner prioritizes his own and his employee's family time over his business. I think that speaks volumes about the integrity of Crossroads Automotive.
