Drove in on a Tuesday morning with no appointment. They were able to get it in same day and replace the muffler on my Ford Ranger. Total cost about $250.00. Excellent Job honest and did not try to sell me things that weren't needed.
What a wonderful company! Their prices were in the running with the best, and their service cannot be beat! Before calling them I had diligently called around to a long list of places price-quoting the service I needed. Upon calling Cowan Automotive, I booked right then. The staff are SO kind! - It really was what solidified scheduling with them. In today's world it seems basic genuine customer service is a lost art, but the staff at Cowan's is truly outstanding! They did a engine stress test which blew all the gaskets in my engine. I asked only if they could figure out what the problem was. I had gotten an oil change at Midas that ended up with clattering noise when I tried to get it to go faster. So I didn't want to go back to Midas. I should not have come here either.
