Robert Brogden's Olathe Kia Service Department

This service visit was not one I expected. We were told we needed 2 new tires on rear. They said they believed it was an alignment issue. Found out that the tires that came on our new 2022 Kia Seltos we're rated for 22,000 miles. We had 18000 miles on car. They wanted to put replacement tires on rear like what came on car so they would match the front. No. I left and next morning I had a flat tire on front. Then I noticed front tires needed replacement also. Bald on inside. We had oil change and tires rotated on previous required maintenance. No mention of tire issue at that time. Not a happy Kia customer. I have had 6 new Kias before this one.

Service was among the worst. They did not diagnose the noise correctly or fix it the right way so the intelligent mechanic there Jim took care of it because the other mechanic sucked. And I do not trust Julie Garcia there.

Probably the only Kia dealer in the greater area that hasn't treated me or my wife terribly. Still a bit untrusting of them all, but I could see myself going back to this one.
