Caliber Collision

I had the pleasure that the insurance company used Caliber Collison to fix the damages on my bumper from someone rear ending me. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Christi at the front desk checked me in, she was a delightful person. Austin handled all the insurance claims and scheduling for my appointment and was knowledgeable and informative with the work and the timing to fix my car. Brian, the service manager went out of his way to make sure I had a ride to the rental car place, oversaw the work done to fix my car and made sure it was in perfect condition when completed. He went above and beyond of any service manager I have ever worked with. I was really impressed with the staff and plan on using them this spring to get new tires for my car. I was referred to Tim at Caliber Collision by a good friend. When I picked up my truck I was amazed at the quality of the work performed. Jerry Flood was the technician who did the work on my truck and so am so great full for the long hours he put in to get my truck fixed so I could be home with family for Christmas.
