They pulled my vehicle in and they asked about changing air filter. A few minutes later they came back and said the would not work on it. When asked they would not give reason why.
Fast! I don't have time to take my truck in and leave it for the afternoon somewhere. 7.7 quarts of oil and New filter, topped off the fluids and checked everything. Out the door in 20 minutes, which included the time to walk in and select the products.
No seat protectors were used. Being the first time to come here they had no idea the type of oil to use as there was no previous sticker to reference. Apparently checking the oil cap is too much of a hassle. My husband typically changes the oil but was unable to do so at this time. I had to call autozone to find out as my vehicle was in the bay and they were unwilling to check . Very unwelcoming atmosphere. Edit to add: the next time my oil was due to be changed we found out they rounded off my bolt to the point we had to reshape it just to get it out. Service: Oil change
