Keaton was super helpful. Came in on a road trip because our AC was kinda going out, there wasn’t an official test that could be done but he came out and looked at it and gave us his opinion and gave us some resources to go forward and assured us it would be okay. Everyone else in the store seemed helpful too.
The parts people are always Friendly and helpful.
Simon gave me the best service I’ve had in any auto shop. Prior to o Reilly auto parts, we went to two other auto shops because we needed to switch out a blinker light. Both said they couldn’t but Simon at o Reilly auto parts took one look and got to work. He was very kind and to the point. We got it switched out and were on our way in no time all thanks to Simon. I hope to work with more people like him in the future.
