Kansas City Truck Repair

Called to price a tire repair and they referred me to "the tire shop across the street", then couldn't tell me the name of the place. Edit: they called me back to argue about my two star review. Their website states, "On-site mobile fleet services are one of Kansas City Truck Repairs specialties, ranging from light duty cars and trucks to class 8 tractor and trailers. We repair all makes and models of light and heavy duty vehicles. No job is to big or small.", and although Google says they are open daily at 7am, I was informed that they are only open for "emergency calls" at that hour, and they only do work on "larger vehicles". They also "don't do any tire work", although they are listed under tire shops on Google, and even have a positive review only mentioning tires. I still don't know why I apologized for the misunderstanding.

I have personally referred all of my friends and family to this shop. They are very honest with their prices and have been able to get me in right away when something goes wrong with my truck. I have personally had brakes done, fuel pump replaced, oil changed, body work, new tires put on, alternator, etc, etc... This was all done at a price that would put the big box shops out of business if they took on these prices. This is a top notch business with a very upstanding owner that makes sure this is a place you will definitely return to and recommend to your friends and family! Thank you very much for all of your help over the years!!! You know I will be back!
