Horrible. I'll never go back. Awful service. Go across the street to Belle tire like I did.
Made the mistake of going the faster route and getting an oil change here instead of the dealer. First, the car has 13k miles and they ended up saying it has 114k on the service order. Next, they end up not attaching the engine cover under the car correctly, and it comes off while my wife was driving. Service: Oil change
Normally I don't leave poor reviews like this, but please just be honest to your customers. Don't tell them it'll only take 30 minutes and I'm "the next car in line" just for two other cars to take priority... what makes it worse is they let one of the cars in front of me skip mine, why I don't know ???????? also the staff don't seem as if they actually want to help you or are selective in who they would like to help, guess this location is out of the question.
