Friendly, knowledgeable, staff. Very helpful getting the right parts I needed. I changed said parts right there in the parking lot and was able to return the old parts for the core charge.

While 4 employees (including the manager) stood over in a circle and talked no one asked to help me. Finally Rodney said he would be with me (he already had a customer) Larry told me to get a 24” blade. I once again went back to check out and those 4 were still talking. Larry finally came over and I told him it’s crazy only 1 employee was helping people. I told him I also needed the wiper blade put on. He said because of my additude he refused to put it on! Rodney once again stood up and had excellent customer service. Larry, has NO customer skills at all! Also all 24” wiper blades aren’t the same. Of course I had chose the wrong one because Larry was too busy in conversation with coworkers to walk me over and show me. Rodney had to go correct that also! Rodney installed the wiper blade with a smile and good work ethic. Thanks again for your excellent customer service Rodney.
