Walmart Auto Care Centers

My car never leaked oil until I brought it here for an oil change. Then I had to bring it back three separate times before they would even look at it. After they looked at it for all of 2 minutes they said there is nothing they can do and refused to help me any further.

They were helpful while they were open. But they are closing. I walked through the store today and Automotive was dark, the shelves empty. One thing I didn't like was a bought a jumper-cable that, fresh out of the box, didn't work! I mean there's only 4 connections in total inside the cable! From gripper to cable and from cable to gripper. For both cables! How do you mess that up?

Went there on a Saturday for an oil change and I was in and out in less than a half hour! And most places you go to they charge you an arm and a leg and you're there for a few hours or more! So it was really nice to be able to get everything I needed to get done on a Saturday all because Walmart was so quick about my oil change and the prices are unbeatable! Very pleased with their customer service and their timely manner! Will definitely continue to go there for my oil changes!
