I’ve taken a couple of my cars there, they have never once charged me outrageous amounts, they’ve recommended work and when I simply say no I’ll do that later it’s minor , they just say okay. No hard push to get me to do things. They’ve always taken care of my car when they have it and they explain everything broke down. Today my car had some work done, when he called to tell me what was going on he explained every single detail about what was causing what and what would need replaced because of what. Im a 20 year old female it’s my worst fear to go into an auto repair shop. But precision transmission makes it a comfortable experience each time. Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic

This isn't a horrible unprofessional body shop but when I took to have my car serviced and do a transmission job on it, that was 5000 to replace it. I just wished I could of had more options over the phone or help because some people just don't have that much money off back to pay it in full and wished they could explain to me about payment plans or other techniques to service the car. Because I just said I don't have the money for all that and the guy said ok well you owe 100 for the diagnostic and you can pick up when your available. What a bummer. So yeah they need better services and options to help there clients
