Midas

My car was towed here by the towing companies choice of the closest shop. They had it in the shop for at least 3 hours then called and said they see nothing wrong with it (when it wouldn’t move), so I told them again what was going on and told them after some googling I thought it was possibly the wheel bearings. He said he would lift it up and check them (what have you been doing?). Calls back 30 min later saying that’s what it was and gave me a $1500 quote. I call my warranty company to make sure it will be covered, they tell me it will only be covered at the selling dealer. So I take the car to the selling dealer instead. They look at it and say it’s the steering rack and tie rod ends and actually dangerous to drive. So Midas must have just thought because I suggested it might be wheel bearings that they would just go with that and take the money?? What if I would have gotten this “fixed” there, and something happened while I was driving because it wasn’t the wheel bearings. Also, t

I've been coming to this Midas for years and each time that I came for service to my cars, the managers and technicians have been courteous, respectful and professional. I have had nothing but excellent work and workmanship done on my cars. They go over and beyond the scope of their jobs to see to it that we/customers are pleased and satisfied.
