I don't know if they reference files or if they have it all in their head, but they know my vehicle history as well as my doctor knows my medical history. They listen. If you don't explain the problem well, they will ask the right follow up questions. They are incredible trouble shooters. They have even given me advice over the phone to try to troubleshoot and solve my problems on my own. These guys take pride in fixing problems, and fixing them right. They are now "AdRock" auto. They did a quick diagnosis and repair of my SUV. Mechanic "Robert" is young but knows his stuff! (He also sings while working) Adrian at the front desk is very professional at scheduling and ordering parts. I highly recommend their services.

HONEST and Mechanic are two words that do not usually collide in a sentence. The folks at MD Lillie are mechanics who are honest. We've been taking our cars here for 10 years based on the referral of my father-in-law. They are honest and fair. They're so honest and fair that I once had a car fixed, got it home to quickly realize something was wrong and had to take it into a shop near my house to have an immediate repair done. I called MD Lillie to let them know what happened. They felt horrible, admitted they made an unintentional mistake of forgetting to screw something back on and asked me to come in so they could write me a full reimbursement of the work and a full refund of the work they had done.
