Took my car in after an accident last spring. Repairs took almost 2 months with several delays, little communication. Recently another mechanic pointed out damaged parts that were not replaced after the accident.
I have been in twice to Karl Weis for scraped paint on my car. Both times I was able to go in without an appointment and receive prompt, professional, and cheerful service. Not to mention they ended up buffing out the scratches for free! Their quotes are fair and reasonable, and they take time to explain them to you in detail. Can't recommend them enough!
