*Review Update 4/31/22* Came back to have a new set of tires mounted to a set of wheels. I went with a tire slightly to narrow for the 16x8" wheels I had, but they did the job without issue. In and out, no mess to the car. Front of house is awesome, I've watched Ragan try to work with people on a budget, good to see. Still recommend. Took my car here when I couldn't remove a stubborn bolt on my suspension. They got the bolt out and finished the job. I really liked their work so the next week I had them install a set of tires on new wheels I had purchased. The Tires had the be slightly stretched on the new wheels but it wasn't a problem for them. They hand torqued the wheels when the job was done and didn't impact the hell out of the lugs. Seriously, a great place.

I brought my vehicle in with a high pitched squeal. I was told that I needed new brakes and rotors which was quoted at $850. The price seemed high so I shopped around. It turns out that my rotors were fine. I only needed brake pads which were $111 plus labor. I had two other mechanics look at it to be certain that’s all I needed. “We're sorry you feel this way, Wendy! Upon inspection of your brakes after a test drive, we found the front brake pads were squealing due to the brakes worn to the brake wear indicator. The front brake rotors were grooved up beyond repair due to the worn front brake pads. The rear brake pads were at 3mm (millimeters), and we replace brake pads at 2mm. The brake pad indicator starts squealing at 2mm. The rear brake rotors would need to be replaced at the time of rear brake pads replacement due to the brake rotors being measured at minimum discard thickness.
