Service @ Gates Chevy World

I got an oil change done yesterday and I thought everything was fine until I heard something dragging so I looked under my car and noticed my shield was dragging. So I took it back up there today to let them know that they didn’t put my shield back on my car correctly, and they had the audacity to look me in my face and say“it looks like you left here and went home and tore apart your car”. Right because I definitely went home and tore apart my car for fun. Ridiculous! I don’t recommend taking your car to Gates for anything!! Service: Oil change

My daughter took my car for an oil change and tire rotation yesterday 2/28/22. They were unable to complete the tire rotation stating that the lug nut key is stripped, they still charged me for the tire rotation. I called to find out why I was charged for that service if they didn't do it? I was offered a credit which I said no I'd just like my money back because I wouldn't be returning to Gates because there's always a problem. On 11/16/2021 I went in for an oil change and they didn't screw the belly pan cover back up which in turn it was dragging on the ground and broke off. When I called them at that time to lodge a complaint they told me I had no proof it was them and they would not be replacing it. While I'm explaining to the guy on the phone my issue with yesterday he slammed the phone down/hung up!!! Definitely not good customer service or good business. Gates used to be the best place for an oil change and service. It has really gone down hill. Service: Oil change

I took my car here and a big black guy idk his name. He was rude. Secondly. I called to schedule a appointment before Christmas, and Gates pushes it back mid Jan. I am not comfortable with bringing my car there for services. Service: General repairs & maintenance
