Firestone Complete Auto Care

This place is awful. Beware. I had my entire break system redone. Break lines, rotor, pads, calipers, and boot breaks (truck) 2.5k worth of work. Over priced as it was but had to get done. Not even 25k miles later and now bell tire had quoted me 2k on literally all the same things that Firestone said they fixed. I took it in because I was getting leaks all over and the way they put my break lines in is ridiculous! They just have them hanging in there. What a joke. Oh and to add, I called and they said they won't warranty the work because apparently there is a more expensive service that they don't tell you about and only if you get that, will they warrant their work...

I've purchased Firestone products and services since the late 1980s, and have found them reliable no matter what city or state I have traveled through since. My last tire purchase issue should be advice to all who drive vehicles which require different pressures from front to rear settings; I drive a diesel pickup which has 60psi in the front and 45psi in the rear. The less-than-attenrive technician reversed those settings, which would be an issue for front tires. This can happen at any tire dealership, regardless of name. I suggest drivers of vehicles similar to mine, always check your tire pressures before you drive out and make them correct any errors.

I had an appointment for an oil change it took almost an hour and a half they gave me a list of other problems mostly fluid levels that were low I checked them myself and they were fine they didn't secure my hood completely and the worst part is they are telling me about the above mentioned items and 3 months ago a different tech at the same store said everything was fine and I have the invoices to back this claim up Service: Oil change
