BUYER BEWARE - Went in to get a battery - service was fine. Looked at the receipt when going home and noticed that the lady at the counter added a "Battery install kit" to our order without asking or telling us about it. When we called back she said it was to help with the warranty of the battery. This kit was not from the manufacture of the battery - it was just an add on to help them with sales. I did a return at a different store and Larry at #4565 said "that's nothing we all do that". If you have to get something, CHECK your RECEIPT. Oh and I called the regional office, and it has been four days, and still have not heard from them.

Had a burned out headlight after just 6 months , and I didn't have receipt. The manager made it right, and showed me how to avoid the bulbs burning out so fast

Felt very disrespected by the four letter words from the staff and management didn't seem to care. Unfriendly and unhelpful with simple everyday items they should be able to find quickly as everyday staff. I will be going else where for my car parts. Not family friendly or of good character.
