I have to brag on such wonderful service as I recommend and refer everyone that asks where I get my vehicle repaired to Brians Auto Repair ... they have very affordable prices and labor is reasonable too. Brian and his mechanics are very helpful and knowledgeable and have always taken great care of my vehicles and have always answer my many questions. I feel they are very trustworthy and really care about their customers (Im very particular about who works on my vehicles and dont want to go nowhere but Brians shop).. They also make sure your well informed on what work needs to be done also very professional in their work too. The customer service from them is excellent. Anita at front desk is great! When you come in she always greets us and everyone with a friendly smile and always asks what she can do for you for your car needs. I always come back for them to work on my car as I know I can depend on and trust them to take care of my vehicles.

They have signs everywhere stating “$90/hr labor rate” but then I get 45mins to an hour worth of work done and get charged $200 for labor. I’m no mathematician, but something doesn’t add up there. If you’re going to over charge at-least say certain repairs cost more. Don’t screw somebody over from out of town who is using your RECOMMENDED business for a repair. Must’ve misheard them say “don’t recommend.” Not only was I told by the Brian himself my car was safe to drive 1.5 hours home also one of his mechanics. Only to get onto the expressway and have my car smoke for 45 minutes, flashing check engine light, stalling. Would’ve rather paid the money for a tow all the way home than to visit Brian’s again. Save me the hassle. Only good thing I’d say is, you guys definitely did get me out of there quick. The 2.2 hours of work you charged me for, got done in about 45 minutes, probably why I had to drop another $700 to fix the same issue once I returned home. Thank’s Brian. You guys ROCK!

Very helpful! Was able to get my vehicle in the same day I called and told me how to save myself some money. Price for labor was great and the work was too. Will use them in the future!
