I was here on vacation and my brakes started acting odd. I called 1stop and explained my situation. The lady that answered the phone was so sweet, kind and helpful. They got me in during my vacation. My brakes were fixed and he was honest about another issue and said it did not need to be addressed now, but when I get home I may want to consider replacing something else. Wish I could do a no star. The prices seemed good until I realized why it was a good price. My battery light was on and they told me I needed an alternator and with the 300 hundred dollar bill including the part they would fix it. Well after that they called me and said they need more time to fix it. What you said you figured the problem out. I took my car and went to apex and they found a wire broke really close to the alternator. They refuse to give me my money back. The test the place looks I should have never gave them a chance but I gave them a chance and got ripped off hard. Do not trust this place.
