9/10 experience Even though there was a waitlist Gerber did fantastic making sure I knew what was happening during each step of the process. Each time I called the employees were very professional and took the time to answer all my questions. They got my vehicle in as quickly as possible. When I got my car back and I was inspecting it I had to pull up photos of the damage because it was repaired so well that I had no idea where the previous damage ended. The only reason I rated them a 9 instead of a 10 is it would have been great if they offered a loaner vehicle in cases where the insurance coverage on a rental ends. I understand that there are many aspect that go into offering that but I do know some other repair centers that do offer this service. I will absolutely recommend Gerber Collision to others and will choose them again if the need ever arises again. Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

Brought in a 2011 malibu from which my insurance told me to bring car there. They determined the car as a total loss, but did not agree upon a payout price. Gerber had already, removed break lines, airbags, cut the frame and more. Gerber stole parts from rhe vehicle before a decision was made on the vehicle. After they took the parts, they told us we had to pick up the car or else we would be charged a daily fee. They were suppose to give our parts back and never did. Theu removed things that worked, we drove the vehicle there and they stole parts. Parts were not meant to be removed until a decision was made. Gerber thought they were going yo keep the car, and removed parts before doing so. Never go to this place again, rude, stolen parts, gave car back with missing parts, and wanted to charge a fee for storing it when they were inspecting it Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

They had to replace the door handle lock tumbler cover at the last part of the job. Gerber painted the new part and installed it. The color is darker than the rest of the car. The hood got a chip in the paint during its stay there. The windshield was also replaced and was not cleaned , they over charger me on the windshield by 200.00 compared to other companies that install windshields for my car. They repaired the front fender ( that part of the job was done well). I would not recommend them. The paint came of the fender months later. They repainted and made it right. They gave us a rental at no charge. The car looked great when they were finished. 3/2/21 Gerber just finished the car Keith and his crew did a great job! They replaced and painted the hood, front end, headlights, chin splitter , rear spoiler and applied the carbon fiber hood stripes. All the parts were aftermarket. I am very happy with the work they did. The car looks great! I would recommend them highly. Services: Pain
