They will sell you a car. All friendly and accommodating. Then you need service… Rude. My back gate didn’t work from day one. Now I am being told it’s not covered by extended warranty! I had it I. Twice for other things with in the first week. Told them about the back gate. It didn’t get resolved. Now they want to charge $550 for repair. I do not like the Laporte location.
Was a great service. And pick up and delivery at no charge an added plus as I work mon- sat 8-5 . I wouldn't have been able to come and get my oil changed. Thank you very much. Friendly service. Very courteous
Purchased used car from Autopark Laporte. Found that it had an oil leak. Called and got me in quick and took care of problem, crankshaft seal at no charge. They even gave me a ride back home and when car was completed came and picked me up. Clean shop and quality work!
