Tire Discounters

I was driving through Indianapolis when I started to feel my rear end sway from left to right, I knew something wasn't right and figured I'd pull off and see if something was broke or loose,I grab the rear tires on my Jeep gladiator and they were shifting from side to side about 5 inches lucky I was near TireDiscounters so I pulled in expecting them to turn me away with it being Saturday and close to closing. I walked in and encountered Les and explained I was from Michigan and happened to have an issue with my wheels possibly being loose,Les took empathy on my situation and got right on the issue he brought to my attention on how loose the wheels were and how the dealership it was just at sold me the wrong wheel lug nuts for the vehicle. He got me the correct wheel lug nuts checked for any damage and proceeded to tighten everything down. Had I not had common sense to pull over this whole situation could have ended tragically had one of the Jeep wheels came off the vehicle at 75mph+ ev

Guy at the front counter was nice and got everything taken care of quickly for me. Came in with a donut on my car and they got my regular tire patched up and put back on my vehicle in under an hour.

Shop is lost in the sauce. Three hours to change one tire, even with an appointment made three days in advance. The techs even had to come outside to ask me which was the tire they were replacing. Are you kidding ????‍♂️ Then at the end of my three hour stay I was told another tire needed replacing soon, but they didn’t indicate which one. So I had to visually inspect the tread on the vehicle myself to find out. ????????????
