This place was awesome! Every other mechanic I called were booked out for a week or longer, I told the guy this was an emergency and he got me in the next morning and fixed the next day! Holy cow man! That's freaking great customer service!
I stumbled upon Professional Automotive when I had a flat tire & needed AAA to tow me somewhere close by. I’m a forever customer now. Brandon & his team are kind, quick, & reasonably priced. They send a digital report after appointments to let you know what work you might need done, which is way less overwhelming & intimidating than being given that info verbally. Overall, I appreciate the work they do & highly recommend them. Services: Tires, Oil change
I called Profesional Automotive after receiving a quote from another mechanic. Not only did they save me money. They found that the issues that the other company said was wrong were not even broken.
