Great place to buy a great car or truck for the money. Staff very helpful.
So I purchased a vehicle from Ortiz auto sales and within 1 month the car broke down I mean inoperable! Before the vehicle completely broke I took the vehicle to Ortiz to have a bearing replaced of witch he said was completed his mechanics did not install the brakes and caliper correctly and sent me back out on the road with CHILDREN in my car, upon taking the vehicle to an actual dealer they found that car was sold to me in an unsafe condition from the go so I decided to contact Ortiz and talk to him about what the dealer found and was told by Mr. Ortiz to deal with it.. i wish i had not purchased this vehicle from him further more, I need every future buyer that approaches Ortiz auto sales to know that this man is selling unsafe vehicles and HE KNOWS!!
