I took my car here to be fixed up after someone backed into my in a driveway. The work itself is good and I can't even tell I was hit. Reasons I took three stars off: -1 star 1. I understand right now that shops are backed up and part are hard to get. It was a long wait, but I knew that it might be going in. However, /I/ constantly had to call them over the 3 weeks my car was in the shop. Small updates, or even a once a week call/text would've been preferable. -2 stars 2. This is the biggest reason and why it amounts to 2 stars being taken off. When I went into the shop I had no mouse issues, when my car came out of the shop I suddenly had a mouse. Now, I know I can't 100% be sure it came from them (even though I'm pretty certain), HOWEVER. Would've been NICE if they'd removed it! They knew it was there when they gave me my car back! I understand the car was there through someone else's insurance for a different thing-- they could've called me and asked to bill me separately for the re
Superb work and even greater customer service! Moorehouse Body Shop did a phenomenal job repairing my Infiniti Q50S 3.0T AWD. Within 3.5 business days, I had my vehicle back and in great shape! They repaired my front bumper, front fog lamp lights, front signal lamp lights, front bumper cover, and driver side rock panel. The black obsidian color matches perfectly and there is absolutely zero sign of the previous damage. I would highly recommend this auto shop and a huge thanks to Jason who kept me up-to-date with the ETA repairs to be completed. Plus, they communicated directly with my progressive insurance agent so that my claim was fully taken care of and had zero loose ends. Additionally, they work with multiple vehicle rental services and will have you set up if need be. I used Enterprise which worked great and I was able to pick up and leave the vehicle rental at the auto shop. The work was good but it took 15 days to get my car back when it was only a minor dent. It was a week before the estimate was finished and then 9 more days before it was ready. There didn't seem to be any urgency to get my car done. I understand their closed weekends but that's still 11 days.
