I can’t speak to the work that they do because after taking my car in for an estimate and being told that I would receive a PDF with the estimate later that day I never received it. After 3 days of calling and being promised every time that it would be sent I still didn’t receive it. If they can’t send an estimate as promised I don’t think I want to trust them with my repair. And the phone being answered is hit or miss, you have to keep calling back and hope someone will answer. No star!

This is the ONLY place VW and Subaru drivers should take their cars when they need any kind of body work. They are not only wonderful and caring people, but their work is perfect. I was hit by a Semi back in February and was extremely nervous about the work being done to my 2017 Outback. The manager, Travis, kept me updated along the way and when I got my car back, it looked better than new.

Completely unprofessional, part for sun roof as “ordered” 6 wks ago. No communication between Ashley/ Travis. They both were completely unapologetic about the delays. Never called about up dates, horrible. NEVER USE THEM. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!! Service: General repairs & maintenance
