I’d give this place 0 stars if I could. Dropped my van off here at the recommendation of several shops that said it has electrical issues. He had my van for 3 days & hadn’t communicated once so I had to call him to see what was up. He hadn’t even looked at it! In total he had it for a week and claimed he looked at it but clearly he didn’t. Has the nerve to charge a $80 diagnostic fee when he didn’t do anything nor provide any new information as to what is wrong with my van.
It's been 5 years ago now since I first used Chi's Auto Electric for repair of my vehicles and I still stick to his expertise because Mr. Chi is so good and reasonable. He saved me an absolute fortune with my 2010 Cadillac when the dealership wanted to charge me a small fortune! And the reasonable fix still holds today! Mr. chi fixed my Lexus and did an excellent job and charged me many times less than his competitors! He gave me no hassles on when to get the car (since I'm a truck driver who's frequently out of town) and the car runs absolutely great! Thanks Mr. Chi...
I had used this repair shop years ago and had expected to get the same good service. Unfortunately, he now charges $80 for diagnosing what’s wrong with your vehicle. Well I was never told what the problem was and how much the repair would be. I was told I would need a new battery and alternator before my computer/electric system could be checked. I asked if he got the parts for cheaper and was told your not my wife it business I will charge the listing price so i was instructed to get my own parts especially if they were under warranty. I did that. Not realizing he has signs hanging that say labor not covered if you provide parts. I was given the wrong part and he was upset about the fact the right one had to be ordered. I am sure he rushed my truck out and didn’t check the electrical when I asked why my battery keeps exploding he said everything seems fine you must keep getting faulty parts.
