Terrible diagnostics... cheap repairs... NOT TRUSTWORTHY. I recently found this repair shop through my Repair Pal, after having an issue of my front low beam lights burning out frequently. I called the shop after booking through my repair pal and dropped my car off however was never told they had no key drop box. The day after I dropped my car off I waited all day, calling serveral times and they had yet to look at my car, even though dropped off the car the night before and made an appointment. Two hours before close I receive a call stating that the bulbs in my car was good, however the wiring harness was shot. The cost of the repair would be around $350. I was shocked at the cost and was told it would fix the ongoing issue of the lights. IT DID NOT FIX THE ISSUE. Nearly a couple weeks after going in to get the issue repaired I was experiencing intermittently my lights going out. I called and was told to bring it in. We ran over something on the interstate passing through Indianapolis and got a flat tire on our way home to NC. They fixed our tire and had us back on the road very quickly.
