Paul, the owner, is a stand up guy and genuinely cares about his customers. I usually do not write reviews, but I have had nothing but good experiences with AA Auto Body. They did some body work for me, including the replacement of a headlight, at a fraction of the cost of the what I was quoted by several franchised body shops in Indy. The work was well done. 6 months later, I found condensation inside the headlight. I called Paul. He remembered who I was and offered to contact the parts company to claim a warranty on the part, which the company initially said they would honor. I took my car in to get the new headlight, and although Paul informed me that the parts company had now refused to cover the part, Paul still did not charge me for the part or its installation in order to honor what he had told me. This may be a small shop but they do good work at a good price and with good service. They are easy to work with and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a straightforward mec

Greatest place to buy a car my friends had bought a car from here never had any issues. Paul is so reasonably n flexible I was going through a lot and I lost a lot he was still be patient with me he really a nice guy any problems I have had he helps me . he has fixed my tires and done my oil change and didn’t charge me that much like other places . Never had any problems with the car beside what I done lol. I do recommend Anybody to buy a car from here.

My Chevy Impala needed headlights and other body work. I spoke with Paul and was able to get a reasonable estimate. Once the parts came in I dropped my car off and the work was finished in one day. I did end up getting condensation in one of my headlights. I called and spoke with Paul and was able to get it replaced with no problem. Definitely a great place to take your car and they are honest and fast.
