The radiator of my BMW was acting up and I went here recommended from my parents and it was wonderful!! They were very helpful and quick to fix my car!! I 100% recommend this place. Used to be the best shop ever. You’d get a great deal over those other guys. Honest people who used to get tipped modelo for good work. Then this new crew came and what a scamming bunch they are. Told me I needed a cat converter. Said it’s $800 because of the way it’s installed… I thought they would replace it with OEM but no they cut out my catalytic converter and replaced it with a spliced in one that’s super cheap compared to Mopar (that’s probably why they took it for the $ platinum) I leave and the check engine light came back on almost immediately . Instead of going back I bought an oxygen sensor and changed it. The light went off. I never needed a cat converter and they robbed me $800

Very unprofessional I called and asked them do they service air suspensions prior to me dropping my vehicle off to them they lied and said yes so I brought my vehicle to them didn’t get a call or update on my vehicle for 3 weeks when they did finally call me they told me what the problem was but they were unable to get the part I needed and that I would have to go to the dealership I then asked them would they still be able to repair my vehicle if I was to get the part and drop it off he told me he would have a manager reach out to me another two days went by never received a phone call so I ended up just picking my vehicle up after 3 weeks and 2 days took to another shop and was able to repair my vehicle in 3 days
